JACK'S HECK NAKED CHICKEN DIRTY FRIES

Jack decided to make Naked Chicken Dirty Fries! See below for the recipe and step by step guide to making them at home! These are such a good idea for a starter at a dinner party or an easy Friday night. Put your feet up for some comfort food! 

Jack's HECK Naked Chicken Dirty Fries

Ingredients

1 pack of HECK Naked Chicken sausages

Plain flour

A little oil for shallow frying

Optional:

Grated mozzarella, cheddar or any cheese of your choice, bacon bits, jalapenos slices, pepper strips, chopped spring onion, chilli or garlic, sprigs of parsley, salt, pepper or any other spices of your choice!

To serve:

Dips of your choice such as tomato salsa, guacamole, pesto, garlic butter, sweet chilli…

Steps

Here is how to make your own Dirty Fries!

  • Remove all the sausages from the pack and separate into small balls, roughly 3cm in diameter

  • Sprinkle some flour onto the surface you are using, this will stop the chicken from sticking. Using your hands, roll each ball into a long thin chip like shape. It doesn’t particularly matter the size/length of them.

  • Once you have made all of your chips, pop them into the frying pan and shallow fry in oil until brown and cooked all the way through.

  • This is the fun part! Load up your chicken chips with all the toppings you want! We used cheese, spring onion, chilli, salt and pepper! Be as adventurous as you wish!

  • Serve with a variety of dips, sweet chili, sour cream, tomato, barbeque! Anything!
