INGREDIENTS: Chicken (75%), Dried Apple (8%), Water, Pea Flour, Seasoning (Salt, Gluten Free Rice Flour, Sugar, Leek Powder, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE**), Spice, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Yeast Extract, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extract, Herb Extract), Sage, Natural Flavouring. Filled into Calcium Alginate Casings. **We use this to help our sausages stay fresh for longer.

Cooking Instructions

Pan-fry for best results: Pre-heat a pan on a medium to high heat. Add a little oil and pan-fry for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.

Delivery

We keep things cool - literally! Your HECK! sausages and burgers are sent in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep everything fresh until it reaches your door.

We partner with DHL for deliveries, and they aim to get your order to you between 8am-6pm.

Are all HECK sausages gluten-free?

Yes, the full range of HECK products are gluten-free! Always have been, always will be. 

How are HECK! products packaged for delivery?

We send our burgers and bangers out in cool boxes with ice packs. Our
mince will be packaged in an additional insulated sleeve to protect the
packaging. Your order will arrive packaged in one of our insulated
boxes, and we add lots of ice packs into your order to keep the
products cool.

Do the sausages I buy from your online shop arrive fresh or frozen?

All of our products arrive fresh, but are suitable for home freezing.

Do any of your products contain nuts?

No, we’re a completely nut-free premises.
