What the HECK goes into a damn good chicken chipolata?
60% British chicken, and 40% veggie favourites such as red peppers, feta, tomato and black olives are used to make our 60/40 chipolatas. They're high in protein and gluten free!

INGREDIENTS: British Chicken Breast & Thigh (60%), Peas (12%), Pea Flour, Water, Spinach (3%), Seasoning (Salt, Rice Flour, Sugar, Dried Leek, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE**), Spice, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavourings, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Yeast Extract, Flavouring), Basil, Green Hen Miris Chilli, Sunflower Seeds, Lemon Juice, Mint (0.8%), Parsley, Garlic, Citrus Fibre. Filled into Calcium Alginate Casing. **We use this to help our sausages stay fresh for longer.
