High in protein, gluten-free, and filled into natural beef collagen casings, these sausages sizzle beautifully in the pan or under the grill. Filled into Beef Collagen Casings. **We use this to help our sausages stay fresh for longer.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging before cooking. Cooking instructions are a guide only from chilled.

Pan-fry for best results

Pre-heat a pan on a medium heat. Add a little oil and pan-fry for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill

Place on the middle shelf under a pre-heated medium hot grill for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.

We keep things cool—literally! Your HECK! sausages and burgers are sent in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep everything fresh until it reaches your door.

We partner with DHL for deliveries, and they aim to get your order to you between 8am-6pm.
