Our Easy Chicken Bolognese is made with lean chicken breast for a naturally low-fat, high-protein base, with lentils mixed in for a little extra goodness. Tomatoes and a hint of mozzarella give it that comforting, Italian-style flavour hit.

Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry for best results:

Pre-heat a pan on a medium to high heat and add a little oil. Add the mince, breaking it up, and pan-fry for 8-10 minutes until browned. Turn the heat to low and add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta of your choice according to the back of pack instructions and serve with the bolognese. Top with grated Parmesan and basil to finish.
