Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry for best results:

Pre-heat a pan on a medium to high heat and add a little oil. Add the mince, breaking it up, and pan-fry for 8-10 minutes until browned. Turn the heat to low and add 300ml of beef stock, stir and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer the mince to an oven safe dish and top with mashed potato. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 15 minutes, until the mash is golden brown.
