We’ve heard your feedback, and we agree – ordering from our website is too expensive! That’s why we’ve made the tough decision to say goodbye to our online shop…for now!
We strive to provide the best value to our customers, but because of recent cost increases to postage, packaging, and even production, we feel we aren’t able to do so any longer when it comes to our online orders.
Selling HECK sausages, meatballs, mince and burgers online means we need to deliver your orders quickly and in a temperature controlled environment, so they arrive to you in perfect condition, but the cost of doing so has become prohibitive. Rather than pass the increased costs on to our customers, we have made the tough decision to stop selling on our website for the foreseeable future. Hopefully, should circumstances change, it’s more of a ‘see you later’ to our online orders than a 'goodbye' forever!
But not to worry, you’ll still be able to buy HECK products in-store or online from one of our retail partners, which includes: AmazonFresh, ASDA, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose!
Plus, we'll still be doing limited-edition bundles every now and then. So, make sure to keep your eyes peeled!
