Serves 1–2
Ingredients:
- 4 HECK Meat-free sausages
- A handful of fresh spinach
- 150g sweet potato mash
- 2 tbsp caramelised onions
- 2 tbsp red cabbage (pickled or braised)
- 2 thick slices of farmhouse bread.
Method:
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the sausages according to the pack instructions until golden and cooked through.
- Place the bottom half of the bread on a plate. Spread over the sweet potato mash, then layer on the caramelised onions, sausages, and a handful of spinach.
- Spread the red cabbage on the top half of the bread, then place it on top to complete the sandwich.
- Slice in half and serve.
