Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1tsp truffle pesto
- 1 egg
- 3 Heck 97% chipolata
- ½ Avocado, sliced.
- 2/3 slices bacon rashers
- One slice sourdough bread, toasted.
- 4 tomato, on the vine.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
- To a pan add some oil and fry your sausages for 10 minutes.
- When sausages has around 3 minutes left, add your bacon to the same pan.
- Pop your sourdough into the toaster and toast until golden.
- Add your tomato to an air fryer for 5 minutes.
- To a spall frying pan add your truffle pesto, and crack your egg on top and fry for 2 minutes.
- Once all elements are done, to a plate add you sliced avo, bacon, sausages then egg and tomato. Sprinkle with oil and chilli flakes and enjoy!
