Truffle Egg And 97 Brunch

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1tsp truffle pesto
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Heck 97% chipolata
  • ½ Avocado, sliced.
  • 2/3 slices bacon rashers
  • One slice sourdough bread, toasted.
  • 4 tomato, on the vine.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Method:

  1. To a pan add some oil and fry your sausages for 10 minutes.
  2. When sausages has around 3 minutes left, add your bacon to the same pan.
  3. Pop your sourdough into the toaster and toast until golden.
  4. Add your tomato to an air fryer for 5 minutes.
  5. To a spall frying pan add your truffle pesto, and crack your egg on top and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Once all elements are done, to a plate add you sliced avo, bacon, sausages then egg and tomato. Sprinkle with oil and chilli flakes and enjoy!
