Oven Roasted Tomato, Olive & Pork Chipolata Traybake

Try this great midweek meal with onion, cherry tomatoes and olives, all nestled within some baby new potatoes and our oven roasted tomato, olive and pork chipolata. This is a really easy dish all cooked in 25mins. 

Ingredients

Method

  • Pre-heat your oven to 180°C  fan
  • Start off by washing and slicing some baby new potatoes and boiling until slightly softened.
  • In a large baking tray/oven proof dish add in your chipolatas, a drizzle of olive oil, onion, tomatoes, the cooked potatoes, black olives, and seasoning.
  • Give the contents of the tray a little mix so everything is coated evenly. 
  • Place into the oven and bake for around 20-30 minutes or until the sausages have gone golden brown on the outside. 
  • Remove and serve up!
