For those who like pickles with their burgers, this is the one! Simple and delicious!
2 Steak and Butter burgers
2 burger buns
¼ block of Cheddar, sliced
¼ block of Red Leicester, sliced
4 sliced gherkins
Burger sauce, available in various supermarkets
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and cook the chips according to pack instructions. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sear the burgers until they are browned on both sides. Place the burgers on a lined baking tray and put in the oven for 10 mins.
- Take the burgers out of the oven after 10 mins and add the 2 different cheeses on top. Place in the oven for 5-10 mins until the cheese has melted.
- Toast the burger bun and spread the burger sauce. Add the salad, then the burger and the gherkins on top, with more burger sauce if wanted. Enjoy!
