Balance our indulgent Steak & Butter Burger with a bowl full of crunchy, colourful veggies. This is quick to prepare and can be easily adapted to whatever you've got hanging around in your fridge.
2 Steak and Butter burgers
1 tub of coleslaw (we used a beetroot coleslaw)
1 pack of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
½ cucumber, chopped into chunks
½ avocado, chopped into chunks
½ yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
½ tin sweetcorn
1 bag of salad
Spring onions, chopped
Any sauces you may want- mayonnaise, ketchup etc
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sear the burgers until they are browned on both sides. Place the burgers on a lined baking tray and put in the oven for 10 mins at 180°C.
- Slice all the vegetables and arrange nicely in the bowl. Once the burger is cooked, place in the bowl along with the coleslaw. Season and tuck in!
