Spicy Cauliflower Meat-Free Tacos

Prep time: 5 mins   Cook time: 20 mins   Serves: 4
Sausage & cauliflower roasted in paprika, garlic & hot sauce...yum! Load into tacos & drizzle with homemade avocado crème. The vegan dream!


  • 1 x Pack Heck Meat-Free
  • 4 x Tortilla (we used a sweet potato one)
  • 1 x Lettuce
  • ½ Head Cauliflower
  • Hot sauce/ buffalo sauce
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Avocado crème
  • ¼ Cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Avocados
  • ½ tsp Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Chop cauliflower and sausage into bite sized pieces and add to a large bowl
  3. Pour in the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and hot sauce into the large bowl and stir to combine
  4. Then spread evenly on a baking sheet and cook for roughly 20 minutes, flipping halfway
  5. Whilst the cauliflower and sausage bake in the oven, begin making the avocado crème.
  6. De-skin and de-stone the avocados and pop them in a food processor with the vegan yogurt, squeezed lemon, garlic clove and salt
  7. Blend until smooth
  8. Once the cauliflower and sausage are cooked remove from the oven and start assembling the tacos, loading each tortilla with lettuce, meat-free sausage and cauliflower, then drizzle over extra hot sauce (optional) and the avocado crème
