Smoky Beans And Sausage Toast

Elevate your sausage and beans on toast with their homemade smoky beans recipe, served with a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese for ultimate flavour!


4 Heck 97% pork chipolatas

1 x 400g tin cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed

1 x 400g tin finely chopped tomatoes

1/2 red onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp smoked paprika

4 tbsp BBQ sauce

15g parmesan, grated

1 tsp olive oil

2 slices thick seeded loaf, lightly toasted




  1. Add the oil to saucepan and add the diced onion, fry for 5 minutes until softened, then add the garlic, smoked paprika and BBQ sauce. Cook for 1 minutes then add the chopped tomatoes and cannellini beans. Stir together and season well with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, place the sausages under a hot grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve the beans on top of the lightly toasted seeded bread, followed by the sausages and a generous grating of parmesan.
