Sesame Chicken Bagels

Sesame Chicken Bagels


  • Bagels of choice, Halved.
  • One egg
  • Simply chicken Mince
  • 2 Spring onion stems thinly sliced.
  • 1tsp finely chopped chives
  • 1tbsp Hoisin sauce (can also use sweet chilli alternative)
  • 1tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2/3 tbsp sesame seeds.


  1. Into a bowl, mix your mince, spring onions, chives, hoisin and sesame oil together and set aside
  2. Into another bowl whisk an egg and place your bagels down on both sides and allow to soak into the dough.
  3. Now place some of your mince around the bagel.
  4. Top with a healthy portion of sesame seeds.
  5. Pop in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees!
  6. Enjoy with a side salad and for sweet chilli dip.
