One Pan Creamy Sausage Ghnocci

One Pan Creamy Sausage Ghnocci


  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Small Tomato
  • Handful Spinach
  • 1 onion
  • Half a pot cream
  • Tomato Puree
  • One bag Gnocchi


Take sausages and cut into 4/5 small bite sizes. Add to a large frying pan with a tablespoon of oil. Cook on a low/medium heat.

Whilst sausages brown, dice onion and add to the pan. Then cut tomatos in half and wash spinach and put to one side.

Once sausage and onions have browned, add tomatos and gnocci.

Poor in half a pot of cream and tomato puree to own preference and half a cup of parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add a handful of spinach and leave for further 5 minutes.
