One HECK of an English Breakfast

Prep Time: 2 mins - Cook Time: 20-25 mins - Serves: 2  

A hearty way to start the day! Treat yourself this weekend with this so very British fry-up. A classic combo of sausage, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, hash brown, beans & toast. Complete with a cuppa Yorkshire Tea!

 Ingredients:

  • 4 Heck! Chorizo Sausages
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Rashers Bacon
  • 30g Mushrooms
  • 4 Hashbrowns
  • 400g tin Baked Beans
  • 4 slices Sourdough

Method:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 fan
  2. Place the HECK Sausages in the oven to cook as per instructions
  3. Pop a couple of hash browns into the oven too and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Slice up the mushrooms and sauté in a pan with a little butter
  5. Pop the bacon into a frying pan and cook until crispy
  6. Make the eggs of your choice - Scramble works nicely with the chorizo sausages
  7. Slice up some pieces of sourdough bread and toast - Serve alongside the breakfast fry up
Enjoy with a cuppa tea or fresh juice
