Minted Pea, Spinach & Chicken Burgers with Harissa

 Chicken burgers full of flavour topped with crème fraîche with a kick!

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a hot frying pan, cook your Heck! burgers in 1 tbsp of oil for 12-14mins and cooked all the way through.
  2. In a bowl,mix together the crème fraîche, mint, harissa paste and the lime juice.
  3. Peel the cucumber into ribbons.
  4. Lightly toast the brioche buns under the grill, keep an eye on them as they brown quickly.
  5. Finally, load the base of the burger bun with the spinach, the cooked burger, a dollop of the crème fraiche mix and cucumber ribbons.
  6. Serve with sweet potato fries.
