Milanese Chicken Salad

Serves 2 


  • 2 HECK chicken Italia burgers
  • Golden breadcrumbs
  • 1 avocado halved and sliced.
  • 15g rocket
  • 2tbsp grated parmesan.
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered.



  1. Take some foil or grease proof to use over your burgers to flatten them to about 1cm thickness.
  2. Take flattened burgers and press into a bowl full of golden breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  3. Pop both burgers into the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180 degrees
  4. Whilst in air fryer, prep you tomato and avocados.
  5. Now the chicken is ready, stack your Avo, tomatoes and rocket and top and garnish with oil, balsamic and parmesan cheese and enjoy!
