Meat Free Foil Baked Garlic Sausage

Looking for an easy dinner? Look no further because these Meat Free Sausage and Veggie Foil Packs have got your busy weeknights covered! They’re packed with veggies and deliciously flavourful.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Heck! Meat Free Sausages
  • 2 tbsp Italian Herbs
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 corn on the cob (quartered)
  • 70g green beans
Method
  1. Use​ ​two 20x20cm kitchen foil rectangles and place half of the corn, half the sausages and half the green beans into each.
  2. Add 1 tbsp vegan butter, 1 tbsp Italian herbs and 2 garlic cloves into each foil and crunch them up to close at the top.
  3. Place your garlic butter parcels into the pre-heated oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until the sausages, corn and beans are cooked. Alternatively place them on your BBQ for 15 minutes.
                                          Serve alongside rice or potatoes
