Low-carb Baked Eggs

This dish is so versatile, have it for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We have used out Chicken Italia Mince to add an Italian twist to this yummy meal. Serve it on it's own or with some roasted tomatoes on the side.
  • 1 pack (500g) Heck! Italia Chicken mince
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200g Cheddar (grated)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200’c
  2. Begin by heating the oil in an oven proof frying pan
  3. Next add in the mince to fry off
  4. Make four holes in mince with a spoon then crack the eggs into the holes
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Bake in the oven until eggs are done about 10-15 minutes
  7. Ready to serve
