Hot Honey Taco Bowl

Serves 4

A colourful, high-protein taco bowl with crispy paprika sweet potatoes, spiced chicken mince, cool cottage cheese, creamy avocado and a sticky hot honey finish. Big flavour, balanced vibes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack HECK Simply Chicken Mince
  • 2 avocados, halved & sliced
  • 1 sachet taco seasoning
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 1 large sweet potato, cubed
  • 50g lambs’ lettuce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 250g baby vine tomatoes, quartered
  • Chilli flakes
  • Honey
  • 1 tsp chopped chives

Method

  1. Add the cubed sweet potato to the air fryer, season with paprika and cook at 200Β°C for 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and fry the chicken mince until browned.
  3. Stir through the taco seasoning and cook until fully cooked and packed with flavour.
  4. Mix the red onion, tomatoes and chives together.
  5. Build your bowls with sweet potato, mince and lettuce.
  6. Top with the tomato mix, cottage cheese and avocado.
  7. Finish with chilli flakes and a drizzle of honey.

Sweet heat. Proper flavour.
