HECK Pork Rasher Full English

Serves 2


 4 HECK pork rashers

2 free range eggs

1 x 410g can baked beans

2 slices sourdough bread

Vine cherry tomatoes

For the hash browns:

1 large potato

1 egg

1/2 tsp onion powder



  1. Grate the potato onto a tea towel and squeeze out any excess liquid. Place into a bowl with the onion powder and seas well with salt and black pepper. Beat the egg and add half into the mixture. Stir to fully combine.
  2. Heat the a generous amount of oil in a large frying pan, add spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes each side. Fry along side the pork rashers and set aside. Fry the eggs to your liking.
  3. Meanwhile, grill the tomatoes for 4-5 minutes, heat up the baked beans and toast the sourdough bread.
  4. Assemble the breakfast with buttered toast, pork rashers, homemade hash brown, baked beans, tomatoes and a fried egg.
