HECK Chicken Rasher Gyros

Serves 1

 

Ingredients:

2 HECK chicken rashers

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp olive oil

6-8 fries

Small handful shredded iceberg or sweet gem lettuce

1/8 red onion, sliced

3 plum tomatoes, halved

1 tbsp Tzatziki

1 flat bread or pitta

5g feta cheese

1 lemon wedge, to serve

 

Method:

  1. Place the fries in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken rashers and sprinkle over the oregano, fry for 3 minutes each side until cooked through.
  3. Warm the pitta under the grill then load up the pitta with the fries, chicken rashers, salad and Tzatziki. Finish with a crumble of feta and a squeeze of lime.
