Flavoured Sausages with Baby Potatoes & Salad

Cook Time: 25-30 mins - Serves: 2


  • HECK Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Chipolatas
  • 200g Baby Potatoes
  • 60g Salad
  • 1Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • A knob of salted butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to season
  • ½ x Fresh Lemon


  • In a large hot pan with a little olive oil add the HECK Chipolatas. Cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
  • In a large pot of boiling water, add in the baby potatoes and boil on a medium-high heat for around 12-15 minutes until softened. Drain off the water, pop them back in the pot with a knob of butter and the rosemary.
  • Once everything has cooked serve up on a plate along with some salad and dressing.
