- 1 Pack Family Favourite 600g
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- 1 Onion

- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Chilli Powder (Optional)

- 60g Mustard
- 240g BBQ Sauce
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Grated Mozzarella

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and de-skin the sausages by slicing down the middle of the sausage with a knife and then peel back the skin
- Pan-fry the de-skinned sausages on medium heat for 15 minutes, using a spatula to break the sausages up into a mince
- Dice the onion and red peppers, then pan-fry them on medium-low heat until softened
- Mix together the mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper and chilli powder to form the sauce
- Add the onion and peppers to the minced sausage and then mix in the sauce
- Grate the cheeses if not already grated and mix the 3 cheeses together
- Cover the bottom of an oven proof dish with half the tortilla chips. Then layer with the meat mixture, followed by half the BBQ sauce and then half of the 3-cheese mix
- Repeat step 7 and pop the dish in the oven for 10 minutes for the cheese to melt
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream
Enjoy!
