Fakeaway Lamb Kebabs

Serves 2/3


  • 2 HECK lamb burgers
  • 2tbsp garlic mayo
  • 20g thinly sliced red onion
  • 40g thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
  • 100g cherry tomato, quartered
  • 2 greek style flatbread
  • Chips (frozen)


  1. Thinly slice and cut your veg and set aside.
  2. Pop your fries of choice in the air fryer for instructed time,
  3. Take a burger and place onto some greaceproof paper or tin foil and cover. Using a rolling pin, roll the burger out as flat as you can.
  4. Transfer into a pan and fry on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning half way. No oil needed as does produce its own.
  5. Now your burger is ready, cut into slices and set aside.
  6. Now stack up your kebab with your salad, then meat and finish with a good coating of garlic mayo!
  7. Serve with chips and enjoy this much healthier fakeaway!!
