Double Cheese & Bacon Burger

Prep Time: 2mins - Cook Time: 20mins - Serves 1
Dive into this indulgent beast of a burger!

Ingredients:

1 x pack HECK Steak & Butter Burgers

2 x rashers of Streaky Bacon

1 x Soft White Bap

2 x slices of Cheese Burger Melts

1/2 a Red Onion, sliced into rings

1 x Beef Tomato, sliced

Handful of Lettuce Leaves

 

Method:

- Cut the bap in half

- Grill the burgers as per the packaging instructions for 16-18 minutes

- After 10 minutes of cooking, add the bacon to the grill

- Now remove both the burgers and the bacon from the grill, but keep the grill on

- Lay out the base of your bap

Add a handful of lettuce followed by a Steak & Butter burger

- Now add the red onion, tomato and a rasher of bacon

- Lay a cheese melt on top, then place stack under the grill for 30-60 seconds until melted

- Remove stack from the grill

- Now add the remaining burger, rasher of bacon & cheese melt to the stack

- Return to the grill, melting the cheese for a further 30-60 seconds

- Remove from the grill and complete with the top of the bap

- Serve and enjoy!
