CHICKEN & STUFFING PASTA
Ingredients:
250g rigatoni pasta
HECK simply chicken mince
350 sprouts, halved
Paxo stuffing mixture
One white onion, diced
2tbsp honey
165g cream cheese
Salt and pepper to season
1tbs mixed herbs.
1tbsp olive oil
100g parmesan cheese
Cranberry sauce to garnish (optional)
Method:
1. Pre heat oven to 180.
2. Into a sauce pan, add pasta and boiling water and cook until pasta soft.
3. ⁠to stuffing mix, add 425ml boiling water, mix and pop in oven for 20 mins
4. Into another pan, oil and brown off your onions, add mince, fry until cooked.
5. Place sprouts in air fryer and top with honey and cook at 180 for 7-10 minutes, stirring inbetween.
6. ⁠when mince cooked add your cream cheese and mix.
7. Add your cooked pasta and some pasta water to create more sauce.
8. ⁠season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
9. ⁠Now add in your honey glazed sprouts and Parmesan and stir!
10. ⁠Dish up, add a little Parmesan, stuffing and dollop cranberry!!
