Sausage and mash is a classic dinner option, but the addition of smoky chorizo & veggies steps things up a level!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Simply Chicken Sausages
- 100g Spanish Chorizo
- 180g Green Beans
- 125g Cherry Tomatoes on the vine
- 400g Ready Made Creamy Mash
- 15g Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 15g Flat Leaf Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Pre-heat your oven to 180C
- In a pan add oil and the chicken sausages, cook until golden brown & cooked all the way through (8-10 mins). Chop up the chorizo, add to the pan, add in a little extra oil if you need it
- Whilst your sausages cook, place the cherry tomatoes in the oven with a drizzle of oil and salt and pepper - Roast for around 8-10 minutes
- Place the green beans into a saucepan of boiling water and cook until softened
- Place the mash potato into the microwave along with with butter and milk and stir until creamy
- Serve up - Make sure you get all the delicious juices from the pan of chorizo! Season and sprinkle with fresh herbs to finish.
