Chicken Italia Lasagna

Prep time: 15mins - Cook time: 35mins - Serves 6
This is one insanely good Chicken Italia lasagna. Our Chicken Italia Mince is packed with all the flavour you need. Even the pickiest of eaters will LOVE this dish!


  • 1 pack (500g) Chicken Italia mince
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1  Onion (chopped)
  • 3  Carrots (chopped) 
  • 2 Celery Sticks (chopped) 
  • 1 can Chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Vegetable stock cube
  • 300ml Water
  • 1 pack Lasagne sheets
  • 30g Grated cheddar
  • 90g Plain flour
  • 90g Butter
  • 400ml Milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry off the onion, carrots and celery until slightly soft
  3. Once the vegetables have softened slightly, throw in the mince
  4. Keep stirring until the mince is cooked through and then add in the chopped tomatoes, oregano, vegetable stock (and water) and Worcestershire sauce
  5. Leave the mince to simmer for 15 mins whilst you make the roux
  6. Begin with the roux—melt the butter in a pan and whisk in the flour, cook this off for 2 mins and then gradually add in the milk, little by little. Stir constantly to ensure no lumps and once thickened, season and leave to the side
  7. Begin the layer the lasagna—place half the mince in the bottom of the dish, top with pasta sheets, cover with white sauce, repeat this process again and then top with cheddar
  8. Bake in the oven for 35—40 mins
