Cheesy chips & gravy with Heck 97!

Serves 4


  • 3-4 large white potatoes
  • 1 pack HECK 97%
  • Bisto sausage gravy
  • Chives to garnish
  • 200g grated cheese



  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Onto a baking tray, add sausages and cook for 15 minutes until golden, then cut each sausage into 4 and place back in oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Wash potatoes and cut into chip sizes keeping the skin on
  4. Place in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes regularly turning
  5. Into a jug make up your bisto as instructed on packaging
  6. Add your chips into an oven proof dish and top with sausages.
  7. Poor over your gravy
  8. Top with cheese and place in the oven for 7/10 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and finish with a garnish of chopped chives!
