Breakfast Tray Bake

Serves 4


  • Heck 97% Chipolata
  • ½ tin chickpea
  • ½ tin mixed beans in tomato sauce (or baked beans)
  • 6 Bacon rashers
  • Mushrooms of your choice
  • Vine tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2tbsp olive oil


  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. To a oven tray cover with parchment paper.
  3. Now arrange your tomato, chickpea, beans,bacon and sausages around your tray, leaving 3 gaps for your egg, drizzle with oil.
  4. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven and crack your eggs into your gaps and place in the oven for a further 3 minutes.

Enjoy this full breakfast using one tray!!
