Serves 4
Ingredients:
- Heck 97% Chipolata
- ½ tin chickpea
- ½ tin mixed beans in tomato sauce (or baked beans)
- 6 Bacon rashers
- Mushrooms of your choice
- Vine tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 2tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
- To a oven tray cover with parchment paper.
- Now arrange your tomato, chickpea, beans,bacon and sausages around your tray, leaving 3 gaps for your egg, drizzle with oil.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Take out of oven and crack your eggs into your gaps and place in the oven for a further 3 minutes.
Enjoy this full breakfast using one tray!!
