Ciabatta makes a great base for an indulgent Breakfast bap. Stack up our Breakfast bangers, crispy bacon & lather in tomato sauce... tuck in!
- HECK Breakfast Sausages
- 1 Pack of Bacon
- 2 x Ciabatta Rolls
- Oil to cook
- Ketchup to serve (optional)
- Heat up your grill
- Heat up the pan and place in the pack of sausages - Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, under a hot grill, place in the bacon rashers and cook until crispy. Watch it closely under the grill as it cooks very quickly and can burn!
- Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast or place in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up.
- Once toasted, butter and add the sausages and bacon along with your ketchup or sauce of choice and dive in!
