Breakfast Bap
Cook Time: 20-25 mins - Serves: 2
Ciabatta makes a great base for an indulgent Breakfast bap. Stack up our Breakfast bangers, crispy bacon & lather in tomato sauce... tuck in!

Ingredients:

  • HECK Breakfast Sausages
  • 1 Pack of Bacon
  • 2 x Ciabatta Rolls
  • Oil to cook
  • Ketchup to serve (optional)

Method:

  • Heat up your grill
  • Heat up the pan and place in the pack of sausages - Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, under a hot grill, place in the bacon rashers and cook until crispy. Watch it closely under the grill as it cooks very quickly and can burn!
  • Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast or place in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up.
  • Once toasted, butter and add the sausages and bacon along with your ketchup or sauce of choice and dive in!
