Ingredients
- 3 HECK Chicken Rashers, cut into small pieces
- 1 sheet ready-rolled pizza dough
- 5 tbsp BBQ sauce
- ¼ red onion, finely sliced
- ½ red pepper, finely sliced
- 3 tbsp sweetcorn
- 200g grated mozzarella
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a non-stick oven tray or lined baking sheet.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the base.
- Add the grated mozzarella first, then top with chicken, red onion, red pepper, and sweetcorn.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Slice and enjoy hot—or cold!
