Ingredients:
- HECK Chicken Italia mince
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp passata
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 4–5 fresh basil leaves
- 10g grated Parmesan
- 6 small slices of pepperoni
Method:
- Remove the mince from its packaging and shape it into a ball. Place it between two sheets of foil and flatten into a large, pizza-like base approximately 1–2cm thick.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat the BBQ.
- Place the meatza on the BBQ and cook for 7–10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Flip it over and spread with passata. Add the mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Close the BBQ lid and cook for a further 7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the meatza from the BBQ and transfer to a board.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and grate over the Parmesan.
- Finish with a drizzle of hot honey.
