BBQ chicken meatza

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • HECK Chicken Italia mince
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp passata
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
  • 4–5 fresh basil leaves
  • 10g grated Parmesan
  • 6 small slices of pepperoni

Method:

  1. Remove the mince from its packaging and shape it into a ball. Place it between two sheets of foil and flatten into a large, pizza-like base approximately 1–2cm thick.
  2. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
  3. Preheat the BBQ.
  4. Place the meatza on the BBQ and cook for 7–10 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Flip it over and spread with passata. Add the mozzarella and pepperoni.
  6. Close the BBQ lid and cook for a further 7 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the meatza from the BBQ and transfer to a board.
  8. Top with fresh basil leaves and grate over the Parmesan.
  9. Finish with a drizzle of hot honey.
