BBQ chicken kebab gyros
Ingredients:
  • HECK! Simply Chicken Mince
  • 1 x Roll of cling film
  • 1 x Roll of tin foil.
  • 35g of Flava it! Greek seasoning
  • Greek style flat breads x2
  • 30g tomato, quartered
  • 2tbsp Tzatziki
  • Handful rocket
Method:
  1. Light that BBQ
  2. Into a bowl mix your seasoning into your mince thoroughly.
  3. Place a 50cm length of cling film on to your work surface and transfer the two packets of mince on to the film.
  4. Now create your doner shape by rolling back and forth and twisting the edges of the film to create a large sausage shaped doner.
  5. Transfer the doner to a 30cm piece of tinfoil and place on to the BBQ for 25-30 minutes making sure you continuously turning.
  6. Remove from BBQ and use a large skewer to poke horizontally through the doner to help with slicing.
  7. Slice your doner and fry off on the bbq to crisp up.
  8. Load onto your flat breads with salad, tomato and Tzatziki.
