Ingredients:
- HECK 97%
- 4 Red potatoes peeled and quartered.
- Half savoy cabbage, sliced.
- 200g Chantenay Carrots
- Bisto sausage gravy
- 1tsp honey
- 100ml double cream
- 1 tsbp butter
- 1tbsp marmite
- 50g grated chedder
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees,
- To an oven tray add your sausages and place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
- Peel and chop potatoes and add to a pan of boiling water at high heat until potatoes are extremely soft.
- Add carrots with honey to air fryer at 180 for 15 minutes.
- Into a small frying pan, add your sliced cabbage and lightly fry until wilting. Add a spoon full of water from the potato pan.
- Once potatoes are soft, add cream and butter and mash until soft, then add your marmite and grated cheese.
- Now into a jug mix boiling water with bisto powder as instructed on packaging.
- Now dish up and pour plenty of gravy all over and enjoy!!
