Bangers, Mash and Gravy

  • 4 Red potatoes peeled and quartered.
  • Half savoy cabbage, sliced.
  • 200g Chantenay Carrots
  • Bisto sausage gravy
  • 1tsp honey
  • 100ml double cream
  • 1 tsbp butter
  • 1tbsp marmite
  • 50g grated chedder


  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees,
  2. To an oven tray add your sausages and place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
  3. Peel and chop potatoes and add to a pan of boiling water at high heat until potatoes are extremely soft.
  4. Add carrots with honey to air fryer at 180 for 15 minutes.
  5. Into a small frying pan, add your sliced cabbage and lightly fry until wilting. Add a spoon full of water from the potato pan.
  6. Once potatoes are soft, add cream and butter and mash until soft, then add your marmite and grated cheese.
  7. Now into a jug mix boiling water with bisto powder as instructed on packaging.
  8. Now dish up and pour plenty of gravy all over and enjoy!!
