This is a DELICIOUS homemade gourmet burger. Sticky, sweet cranberry sauce takes it to another level!
2 Steak and Butter burgers
2 brioche burger buns
2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
4 rashers of streaky bacon
1 wedge of brie, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sear the burgers until they are browned on both sides. Place the burgers on a lined baking tray and put in the oven for 10 mins.
- Keep the frying pan on the heat and add in the bacon slices. Cook to your liking.
- After 10 mins, take the burgers out of the oven and add the sliced brie on top. Put the burgers back into the oven for 3 – 4 mins until melted.
- Toast the brioche bun if you like. Use 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce per burger bun and spread evenly over the top and bottom. Add the burger to the bun, then add the bacon on top.
