To mark St Patrick’s Day, HECK have cheekily changed their name to FECK and added a slurp of Irish Stout to their popular pork sausage recipe to help celebrations go with a banger.

The limited edition sausages will be available to buy from the website between 7th and 14th March and we will also be giving away a free pack of FECK with every regular online order placed during the week.

Grill, bake, BBQ or fry and serve up with a dollop of Colcannon on the side or try an Irish-inspired breakfast or brunch with FECK and some traditional ‘boxty’ potato cakes and soda bread. For the morning-after-the-night-before they make perfect sausage sarnies too.

HECK’s Jamie Keeble says, “Pork and stout are perfect partners and by adding a drop of the dark stuff to our pork sausage recipe we’ve managed to wrap Ireland’s favourite tipple and one of the nation’s favourite foods into one delicious banger.   The name change to FECK is just a bit of fun; we've always made 'sausages you can swear by'.
