1 pack HECK Sweet Fusion Sausages
1 400gm tin chick peas, drained (reserve water from tin)
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
3 hot dog buns (GF if needed)
Mixed salad leaves
1.5 ripe avocado (or go on and eat all 2!)
Cook the Sweet Fusion sausages according to the packet instructions.
Whilst the sausages are cooking, make the hummus by whizzing together in a food processor the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini and olive oil along with 1 tbsp of the chickpea water. If you prefer your hummus to be smooth add another tbsp. of chickpea water and blitz for longer, otherwise keep it chunky!
Once the sausages are cooked, split the hot dog buns in half and fill with salad leaves and the hummus. Slice the avocados and split between the buns, then add 2 Sweet Fusion Saus to each. Serve with more mixed leaves and sweet potato wedges on the side!
