HECK Festive Pork Baubles are only seasonal. So, if you'd like to use this recipe throughout the year, give it a go with our Chicken Italia Meatballs. Simply follow the recipe with the Chicken Italia Meatballs in place of the Festive Pork Baubles.
200g light mayonnaise
1 x 330ml bottle of IPA (Brew Dog Punk) – or similar beers could be used too
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Pour the beer into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Grate the zest of the lime, extract the juice and reserve.
Turn the beer down to a simmer, add the lime juice and zest, and reduce until it begins to turn to a syrupy consistency. Take off the heat and leave to cool.
When cool, transfer the beer syrup to a small mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise and chopped parsley.
Mix well, spoon the mixture into a dipping bowl and place in the fridge until needed.
Simply serve the beer dip alongside Heck Festive Baubles and tuck in!
