Competition mechanics and key dates:
Competition go live on social: Monday 23rd May at 10am
Competition end date: Thursday 26th May 2022 at midnight. This then gives us Friday 27th May to contact the winner, obtain address details and get the prizes delivered ahead of the bank holiday weekend.
Channel: Jude’s and Heck Instagram and Facebook. An email will also be issued to Jude's/Heck subscribers directing recipients to social to enter to win.
Number of winners: 1 winner chosen from HECK's Instagram and 1 winner chosen from Jude's Instagram.
Winner selection: both brands to select a winner from their page and put into a random generator to determine overall winner.
Prize send outs: Individual brands to arrange delivery of their respective prizes.
Prize: Weber BBQ, HECK Sausages & Burgers worth £30 and Jude's Ice Cream.

Our packs of CHECK! mean a lot to us here at HECK. One of our Co-Founders, Jamie Keeble, was diagnosed with testicular cancer at just 24. With courage and determination, Jamie got checked, received the treatment he needed, and today, he’s a reminder that early action saves lives. Jamie’s journey highlights the importance of raising awareness and keeping the conversation around men’s health open.
How to CHECK!
The easiest way to check your balls is standing up, after a hot shower
or bath (when the scrotum is relaxed). You might find a mirror helps!
Check one
Cup your testicles in the palm of your hand and feel their weight.
Often people’s testicles are different sizes, or one hangs lower. But they shouldn’t feel heavier or larger than usual.
Check two
Use both hands to examine each testicle for up to a minute. Place your index and middle finger under the scrotum, with your thumb on top. Gently roll each testicle between your fingers, checking for lumps or swelling. It should feel firm, not hard.
Check three
- A hard lump (often pea-sized) on the front or side of a testicle
- Swelling or enlargement of a testicle
- Unusual hardness in a testicle
- Pain, heaviness or unusual discomfort in the scrotum or testicles
