We’re swapping lie-ins for lace-ups on Saturday 28 March with our 5k Chicken Run at HECK! HQ.
On Saturday 28 March, we’re throwing open the gates at HECK! HQ for a cracking good time. We’re hosting a Chicken Run, and it’s set to be egg-stra special.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned sprinter or more of a steady plodder, this is your chance to stretch your legs, fill your lungs with fresh Yorkshire air and have a proper laugh while you’re at it.
The 5k run will follow the old railway track that runs right alongside our factory. It’s flat, scenic and perfect for runners, joggers, walkers and even your furry pals. It’s not about pecking order or personal bests (unless that’s your thing). It’s about shaking off winter, getting outdoors and welcoming spring the HECK! way – with energy, enthusiasm and a little dash of chaos.
And because we like to reward a little effort, not only will we be waiting at the finish line to refuel you with a fresh-off-the-grill HECK! Sausage sandwich, the HECK! factory outlet will also be open on the day, so you can fill your boots (or running shoes) with your HECK! favourites.
We’re based in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, so why not turn it into a proper day out? Bring the family, bring your mates, bring your furry friends and enjoy a relaxed 5K — so when the Easter Bunny drops off the chocolate the following weekend, you can tuck in feeling just that little bit more smug.
