The HECK! team are heading back to Saltburn-by-the-Sea for another beach clean on Wednesday 19 August. We’d love for you to join us!
We’re inviting volunteers to help us keep one of Yorkshire’s favourite beaches looking its best. Whether you’ve joined us before or it’s your first beach clean, everyone is welcome to lend a hand!
Plastic bottles, food wrappers, fishing lines and other litter can all have a lasting impact on our coastline and local wildlife. By spending just a couple of hours together, we can make a real difference whilst enjoying some fresh sea air and good company.
We’ll be meeting next to The Sea View Restaurant before setting off for a community litter pick along Saltburn beach.

🕒 10am – 12pm (please arrive just before 10am).

After all your hard work, we’ll be saying thank you the best way we know how…with lunch! Everyone who takes part in the beach clean can enjoy a FREE battered HECK! sausage and chips at The Sea View Restaurant.

Booking is completely free and simply lets us know you’re coming so we can make sure there’s enough lunch for everyone.
