After the fantastic response to our recent recruitment events, we're opening our factory doors once again and inviting local jobseekers to discover what it's like to work at HECK!
Later this month, we're welcoming potential new team members to HECK! HQ in Bedale for an informal open day, where you'll get to meet the team, tour our production facility and explore a range of exciting opportunities across the business.
Even better, our previous jobs fair proved just how valuable these events can be. One local resident, Jackie, came along out of curiosity and left with a job offer. She initially joined us as a Production Supervisor, but thanks to her background in quality control, she quickly progressed into a Technical Coordinator role. Today, she supports audits, inspections and equipment calibrations across the business, playing a key role in maintaining the high food safety and quality standards our customers expect.
