Jack Tate has worked for HECK since the beginning, and started off by selling sausages up and down the country with co-founder and best mate, Jamie Keeble. For HECK fans who have followed our story for many years, you’ll know how our story has turned out - as the cliché goes, “the rest is history”!
The business is just seven years old and has gone from zero to turning over millions a year. We’d go as far to say that we have become the nation's favourite sausage brand… But we would say that, wouldn’t we?
Jack recently completed a charity walk, walking from the HECK factory in Yorkshire to Bude beach, a walk of over 450 miles that saw him smash his fundraising target of £5000 for the charity SameYou.This walk was made possible through the support of the team at HECK who were right behind him, and is a great example of how working at HECK is full of opportunity, and not just about clocking in and clocking out every day.
