We’re thrilled to share some big news from the HECK! kitchen - HECK! Sausage Rashers have been crowned Health Hero Award winners at the Food Manufacture Excellence Awards!

With National Nutrition Month in full swing, the award recognises HECK!’s ongoing commitment to delivering healthier, great-tasting food through continuous innovation, and marks a proud moment for the whole team.

This recognition celebrates more than just a product. It highlights our mission to make everyday food healthier, tastier and more convenient for busy households, while raising the bar for what nutritious convenience food can be.

At the heart of this achievement is HECK!’s in-house Nutritionist, Jemma Milne, who played a key role in both developing the product and leading the award entry. Jemma helps to shape the brand’s approach to nutrition, product development and consumer education, ensuring that healthier choices are not only accessible, but genuinely enjoyable.

She said, “National Nutrition Month is a great reminder that good nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming. At HECK!, we’re constantly innovating to make healthier choices easier and more delicious for everyone. If we can help people understand their food and feel good about what they’re eating, then we’re doing our job.”

While the award recognises our work as a food producer, it also reflects a wider commitment to wellbeing, both for customers and the team behind it all.
