Simply Chicken Mince, our Chicken Coop Pie looks like a traditional cottage pie on the face of it, but without any of the heaviness. In true HECK! style, we’ve created an alternative that’s light, lean and full of flavour.
The creamy filling, packed with chicken & veg, is stopped with a crispy golden mash, all smothered in butter. It's got everything that makes comfort food hit the right spot, and loads of flavour without all the faff. Ideal for feeding the family or chucking together a batch cook for the week ahead, this recipe will soon become a Sunday staple.
