Yorkshire Pork Sausage & Rhubarb Traybake

Combine our Family Favourite Sausages with Yorkshire’s famous rhubarb for a sweet tasting traybake that all the family will enjoy!

  • 1 Pack Heck! Family Favourite Chipolatas
  • 50g Salted Butter
  • 4 Shallots
  • 200g Rhubarb
  • 50g Caster Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Pan-fry the sausages on medium heat for 10 minutes and then lay on a ovenproof dish
  3. Peel and cut the shallots into wedges
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the shallots
  5. Add the rhubarb and sugar
  6. Pour this mixture over the sausages on the dish, season ground pepper and add the tarragon
  7. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes
