Combine our Family Favourite Sausages with Yorkshire’s famous rhubarb for a sweet tasting traybake that all the family will enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Family Favourite Chipolatas
- 50g Salted Butter
- 4 Shallots
- 200g Rhubarb
- 50g Caster Sugar
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Pan-fry the sausages on medium heat for 10 minutes and then lay on a ovenproof dish
- Peel and cut the shallots into wedges
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the shallots
- Add the rhubarb and sugar
- Pour this mixture over the sausages on the dish, season ground pepper and add the tarragon
- Cook in the oven for 10 minutes
